NOTICE INVITING TENDER. No.4/RIDF/2024 -25/Tml(GT), DRDA Tamenglong

The Deputy Commissioner/Executive Director DRDA Tamenglong, Government of Manipur invites Open Item rate bids Tender for the following works from the registered eligible Contractors with PWD/MPH/MTDC or supplier / Firm in their lowest rates for carrying out the works as mentioned below as per the specification and amount of the estimated cost. Tender form will be issued on payment of cost of the form by an amount of Rs 500/-(Rupees Five Hundred) Only upto 1000 hrs of 23rd Dec. 2024 on the written request by the contractor concerned. The Tender bids are to be submitted in sealed envelope in two parts, part-I as Technical bid and part-II as financial bid by the contractor concerned latest by 1100 hrs of 23rd Dec. 2024. The bids so received will be opened on the same day i.e 23rd Dec. 2024 at 1200 hrs in the office chamber of the Deputy Commissioner/Executive Director, DRDA,Tamenglong. If the office happens to be closed on the day of opening of tender the same shall be opened on the same hours of the next working day. The rates quoted should be inclusive of Applicable GST and 1% labour cess.
